I found a nice place rather close to my home for my photos^^ I can reach it with the tube which is cool because I don't have a car and don't want to spend hours just for traveling to a place. So I came there with no concept but there were this beautiful leaves lying on the ground. White on the one side, black on the other. And this is what came out^^
I love the background colour but I am a bit unsure if the colours of my clothes and hair fit to it...what do you say?
Wow. I have so many praises for this. The frozen atmosphere is perfect as it both captures the motion of the fallen leaves and sets the mood for the photo with the (beautiful) model keeping the whole scene intimate and very thoughtful.
The colours of this piece are perfect with the lack of vibrancy but the strong contrast of the dark hair and dark eyes go really well with the pale pink colors of the model's clothing.
Not quite sure what lens you used , but I'm gonna have a guess at the 50mm 1.8, which I think is an excellent choice for this sort of photo! I don't quite understand why there isn't more BOKEH in the background though . And also something I would of maybe done differently , less clarity on the leaves as they have a black outline due to their highlights being a bit too strong. Then again it does make them pop out of the photo a bit more
I am not a critic. Just an admirer. I think the colours work well together. The pale soft pink blouse has a nice contrast against the colours of the darker blurred background. The white decals in your blouse works well with the white leaves, and the dark dots in your wrap works well with the dark side of the leaves. Also, you make a beautiful model, and you are easy on the eyes. Nice work!
