Oh I was so exited about this photo I had the finished picture in my mind for weeks...but it took me a bit of time to figure out how I can realize it. and then I was unsure where to shot it because of the fire. But now I know hehe^^ Cutting out the newspaper and putting it on took me at least two hours...(cutting was the easy and fast part haha) if I had an assisstant or a model things would have been different...but anyway, I really like the outcome
I almost forgot to say something about the concept haha. well the title is bad news...it says almost everything. and the men thingy over my mouth...speaks for itself, doesn't it?
I'm not sure how you did this, actually setting this girl on fire, but I feel like it presents a very strong emotional impact. I don't understand some of the writing, but it would be interesting to know what they said.
I really admire the amount of time you put into this. It certainly shows your ambition and love for your craft.
Other than that, I'm not sure what else to say. I've never critiqued a photo before, so forgive me if this is less than helpful
Also, I hope your fingers are ok... But I absolutely love your drive to make such a powerful piece of art. Keep up the great work!
I just have a few words to let out this time so it won't hurt no one.
It isn't the words that appear a news print in disguise that hurt.
It is the despair that mankind shows when leaving astray the ones who matter since they are worth more than gold and dirt.
I would disperse that flame that resonates itself out of the nail.
I wouldn't mind getting used as a scratching post , since I am partially part to be a blame.
If only I had changed sooner, which I have, when I was 16.
Maybe I could've somehow seen you through a telescope
When you were all alone as I would have made sure that you would've'nt have seen.
Seen? Mankind floating in-between lies of the heavens and hell.
And you were just pointing the nails and fingers, I can tell.
No one listened yet I am here today. Writing to you since this picture does portray.
More than a few, perhaps a few thousand words
I can see it'll take more than my words, since just one word hurts.
