This piece caught my eye easily because of its creative design and imaginative vision. It does a good job of incorporating elements of various sports and calisthenics activities, and arranging it in a way that looks visually interesting.
The problem here is, that with that many elements in the picture, it all blends in without anything standing out over the others. Moreover, the foreground image isn't as distinguished from the background as it should be due to the use of simillar colours and the very thin line separating the foreground from the background. This is where the use of line weights, or colour saturation, or even colour compliments would come in handy.
This piece does show a lot of promise and a lot of potential. If, in the future, should you choose to revisit this concept, you might want to keep line weights, and colour balance in mind. Keep it up!

Little guy, surfing, and all that busy adorably activity going on. I think it would look great on a t-shirt! Or a tote bag or something. I especially love the little ninja bear lol... he's adorable I want to give him a hug... but me might karate chop my head off.
God! More pretty color! How do you do it! = D (This reminds me of the adventure-time animations in style!) The sporty theme is fun, but im kinda sad at the lack of cross country/long distance running references ) =
