This piece is brilliant. The ruffled hair, and the peeling of the glue from the face, perhaps, shows the fake layer most people tend to put on. In this picture, you're in a very nice shirt, perhaps representing what we consider 'royalty' today; popularity. The paler skin caused by the glue, and the makeup you decided for this piece much seems like a mime, so perhaps this is the lgtb movement, considering much of the world still fails to accept them. The peeling off of the glue was a brilliant addition to the piece, and speaks volumes when dealing with the message I believe you're trying to send. The expression and the eyes show much torture to them, so it seems as in if you've been bullied. The peeling of the skin shows the final stages of what ever is happening to the person you're trying to display. Once again, amazing work.
I like this! I have done something close to the same as you, i used a face peel during halloween and horror shoots. tip from one artistic person to another, try this - put the face peel on then add makeup (halloween colors or even normal makeup) when you pull some of the pieces of the peel off, add some light color makeup in the spots where you pulled the peel. OR add some red/fake blood to those areas.
